About Jessica L. Cantrell, Wax ‘n’ Go Owner/Operator
Jessica was born at Tri City Hospital. She is a native Californian who was raised in North County. She currently resides with her parents and pets, in Carlsbad, California.
From the time she was Eight years old until Nineteen years old she sang, danced and acted her way through over 45 Community Theater productions.
While attending high school Jessica also attended Palomar College. She graduated high school Six months early (January 2002), and in May 2003, graduated Palomar College with Two Associates Degrees, one being in General Education, and the other in Theatre Arts. In addition she received a Certificate of Achievement in Stage Management and Production. It was during her time at Palomar College, when she became interested in make-up application, and behind the scene work in stage production and management.
Immediately upon her completion of college she entered the Palomar School of Cosmetology; where she completed a five month course in Esthetics, took the State of California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology exam and the subsequent written exam, to become a State of California licensed Esthetician.
Jessica continues her education in waxing, facials, make-up application and skin product knowledge in order to provide her clients with an extensive range of esthetic services promoting total skin health, with a focus on appearance, tone, rejuvenation and balance.
