Spa Etiquette

Scheduling Appointments
We recommend that all appointments be made in advance. All spa appointments are subject to availability and require a credit card to hold your appointment. When booking, please advise the desk staff of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries you have experienced that could affect your service. This is important as we want you to have the very best experience possible.

The Day of Your Appointment
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Any time spent filling out paperwork, after your scheduled appointment time, will be deducted from your service. All appointments will end at their scheduled time in order to avoid delay for the next guest. Treatment times are not extended due to late arrivals, if you arrive late we may not be able to complete your scheduled waxing services. Arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in rescheduling.

Please do not apply lotion or deodorant on the day of prior to your waxing appointment. Exfoliating the day before your appointment is ideal but not necessary.

Cancellations/No Shows
Please honor our staff by notifying us within 24 hours if you need to cancel. A cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the total services booked. A “NO SHOW” will incur 100% of the total services and be automatically charged to your credit card.

Groupon Customers/ Living Social Customers
You may use one voucher per person. If you bought multiple vouchers, the others must be used as gifts. No exceptions. Arriving 10 minutes late or not showing up to your appointment will result in your voucher being forfeited. Please respect our time and that we are offering our services to you at an extremely deep discount.

Refunds on Products and Services
Purchases are non-refundable. Unused products may be exchanged for spa credit, minus sales tax, when accompanied by a receipt.

Gratuities
Tips are not included in any treatment prices. We feel that the decision to extend a gratuity should be a result of the client’s experience and is left to the discretion of our clients.
Parking
We provide free parking with no time restrictions.
Special Considerations
As the spa offers each guest a tranquil setting, we appreciate you turning off your cell phone and speaking quietly while inside our spa facility.
PLEASE NOTE: No children are permitted in the Salon/Spa without an appointment.
